We are looking for someone ready to take that next step in their career and/or someone who is ready to make a change and join a vibrant team in an environment with tremendous growth opportunity. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager in the water and wastewater and/or municipal infrastructure fields to join our established Infrastructure sector as we continue to grow. You will have the opportunity to work with and lead our multi-disciplinary teams on a wide variety of infrastructure projects in Saskatchewan and across Canada. 

You will have the opportunity to take part in our hybrid work model that includes flexible work hours, options to work from home and in our Regina or Saskatoon office.

Primary responsibilities

  • Project management
  • Lead technical teams for projects related to municipal infrastructure, water and wastewater while contributing to your own fields of expertise
  • Coordinate design teamwork flow, contract document preparation, tendering and construction support services
  • Provide technical support to other CIMA+ offices
  • Liaise directly with clients, government, and regulatory authorities
  • Business development and proposal preparation
  • Manage and mentor other team members
  • Preparation of reports and technical memoranda


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Civil Engineering Technology diploma
  • Active Professional Engineer or Professional Licensee with APEGS (or eligible for attaining this status with APEGS)
  • 8 years of experience working in the water and wastewater or municipal infrastructure fields
  • Experience working on projects within Saskatchewan (an asset)
  • Project experience involving the design and construction of water and wastewater facilities (an asset)
  • Hydraulic modelling experience for pressure and non-pressure conveyance applications (an asset)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills demonstrated through experience in writing proposals, reports, and technical memoranda
